COASTAL COLLECTOR
OF THE GOLDEN ISLES

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, GEORGIA

After serving as a family vacation retreat for more than a decade, this St. Simons Island home was transformed into a 7,200-square-foot residence designed for full-time living. A substantial addition expanded the home by 4,000 square feet, introducing a great room, sunroom, art studio, garden room, guest suite, and a collection of spaces created for gathering, making, and everyday family life.

The vision was never a typical beach house. Instead, the design draws from the timeless character of New England and British coastal communities, filtered through a lens we affectionately describe as "Ralph Lauren Goes to Summer Camp." Classic yet relaxed, refined yet approachable, the interiors layer color, pattern, antiques, and craftsmanship to create a home rich in personality and history.

From warm vaulted ceilings to richly textured gathering spaces, every design decision was guided by connection, comfort, and a desire to honor the family's story. The result is a layered coastal home that feels both collected and deeply rooted to its place on Georgia's Golden Isles.
